Remitting loan amount to Canada

I have got a personal loan from UAE and would like to remit it to Canada to make a down payment for the property. I am a Canadian citizen based in Dubai and I file my tax return regularly but wondering is there any tax implications if the remittance is approximately CAD 100k?

Provided you can prove that the source of funds is a loan if CRA asks, there is no issue.
