I received an email last night from email address "IRCC.DoNotReplyCPC-O-NePasRepondreCTD-O.IRCC@cic.gc.ca" with subject "Ready for Visa" and asking me to submit my passport, recent photos along with some other details at my local VFS office. Does this look legitimate to you guys? Is this the PPR that we've been waiting for?

I think they have different procedures for those with ecopr, so you won't have to wait all the way down the line again.

med exam is valid for 1 year, you still have enough time.
anyway, if they needed new medicals, they would have sent you relevant request.
