Remedical...file transfer to Ottawa from Buffalo

We have requested to re-do our medical after 20 months of long wait. Cic fortunately works on 2011 applicant after files transferred from buffalo to ottawa.

Just wanna know how long will it take until we received the long awaited passport request after doing the 2nd medical?

PNP application Received: June 2011
1st medical Request : October 2011
1st medical done: November 2011
File transfer: July 2012
2nd Medical Request : Feb. 14, 2013
2nd medical done: Feb. 18,2013
