ainp file transfer to buffalo to seattle visa office

i any one have this type of situation i got ainp nomination jan 2011 and after i apply to buffalo for next processing buffalo recieved my file 17 feb 2012 after i got my medical 25 oct 2011 then 9 feb 2012 my file transfer to buffalo to seattle and and till now 18 june i am still waiting my prr
