Remark Success rate

Hi guys,

I have an enquiry. What are the chances of getting 1 band increase in writing? Has anyone get it before?

I just got sms of my CD-IELTS result 5 mins ago:
L: 8.5
R:7
S:7.5
W:6

So disappointed to be honest. I felt like I have done great and it deserve to be awarded 7. :(

My first attempt at IELTS was on the 19th of Jan 2019 LRWS- 8778. Myself and my wife subsequently joined the poll in May 2019 after WES usual delay with 451, but that then was no longer a fashionable score. So we both attempted IELTS again on the 6th of July 2019 and my result was LRWS- 9,9,6.5,8, while my wife - 8.5,8.5,6.5,8. I immediately ordered for the EOR on the 19th July at IDP Nigeria, upon receipt of the result. I didn’t even leave the IDP office with the result form, paying nearly 300 USD for both EOR.

Now to the interesting part. Since the 19th of July EOR application, I immediately registered and wrote IDP IELTS on the 27th of July and the 1st of August 2019 without waiting for the EOR outcome. I scored 7.5 and 7 in writing on both occasion, but fell short in Listening and Reading in my attempt to get CLB 9. I had further commenced the registration for the 17th of August IELTS exam, because I was determined to write IELTS till the end of the year to get the maximum score. Surprisingly, my EOR for the 6th of July is out and my writing bumped up from 6.5 to 7.5. Now my new score is 460 from 451. I want to encourage someone today. Don’t sit and wait. You need to motivate yourself. Get up and do something, ORDER FOR THAT EOR/ SIT FOR THE NEXT IELTS, life is a pyramid, make your way to the very tip!.

I appeared for IELTS exam on 6th of july and scored L/R/W/S-8.5/7.5/7/6.5 and applied for eor for both speaking and writing.Today i got a message from BC saying there is a change in the score. Now,I am confused about what module has been updated.Anyone else who applied for eor ??

You can now check your updates scores on ieltsessential website.
 
Hi guys. I have received the result of my EoR via email today. My writing score has been changed from 7.0 to 7.5. Thank you everyone for your support.
 
Hi guys, just got the good news via email that my Wes score has changed. Checked on the ielts essentials website final score LRWS- 8, 8.5, 7.5,8.5

had applied for writing eor score improved from 6.5 to 7.5. One full band score.
Thanks everyone for your support and reaffirms my belief in the EOR system.

Hi.....plz answer me ......when was ur exam...how much time was taken for eor result....I have also applied for eor of 1st august exam....I am waiting for the result

All I can do is to wait for one more week or sit for another test. :(

Did you take your test through BC or IDP?

That's quite fast. I should try for EOR too I guess. I was really confident that I would get atleast 7 in Writing but I only got 6. L8.5 R7 and S7.5
