Taking longer does not necessarily mean positive result, but I am predicting my as negative because 5 days is too short. If it was positive, the centre would receive new TRF by post in atleast 2-3 days.
5 days mean, they received email from backend of no change and now they have posted my previous TRF.

During that time, were you able to check your old results or not ?

Requested for EOR ( Last Sunday)
After a week, today morning I was called by the test centre: UNSUCCESSFUL!
How come in 5-6 days the made the decision? No email, acknowledgement .... Nothing! Only a phone call.

By the way, my online results never got frozen.

This time!! ALL 8.5 , ONE 6.5 :((

I got bands in computer delivered ielts on 2 march 2019 in chandigarh:
L 8.5
R 8
S 7
W 6.5
I have submitted enquiry on result on 9-3-19, hopefully w will wpgarde to 7.
To be on safer side i have applied for retest as well on 13 march
 
Today got my EOR result..no change..
My IELTS story
first attempt
IDP : LRWS- 8 8 6.5 6.5
second attempt
BC : LRWS -8 9 7 6
applied EOR. speaking increased to 6.5
Third attempt.
BC : LRWS - 9 8 6 6.5
Fourth attempt
BC : LRWS - 8.5 8 6.5 6.5
Applied EOR ..got my result an hour ago with no change .
Going to take next date
which test should i take IDP or BC for my next attempt..Pls reply according to your experience

As a person who took IDP.( Overall 8.0,, All 8.5, but only 6.5 in Writing (Writing 7 and 7.5 in my previous attempts). EOR failed as well.), I would say you're good. But, just unlucky like me! You were so close in your previous attempts. So there's no miraculous advice for you my friend.
 
I submitted my EOR request on 23rd February for 14th February's test. I have received an email from local IDP office that your results are ready to picked up from our office. I have heard that if there's a change in scores you will get an email with new scores from IDP Australia. Also, my online scores haven't been changed. It seems it's a negative EOR. :(

You received confirmation for EOR result or submission of EOR? Because here in IDP they just send us an email now for TRF collection. No email from IDP Australia for EOR submission.
