After reading all previous comments I found that British council will take a lot more time as compared to IDP and hardly change any score.

Today I got my ielts ielts
LRWS 9976.5
Very frustrated
Can any body explain how to apply for revaluation in India
Does we have to courier documents.

Almost same score here as well

Hi Guys,

I gave my IELTS on 24th March and got 9987 (LRSW). I got busy in work and could not apply for EOR. Can i still apply for it? Is there any timeline within which one needs to apply?

Can a person apply for EOR without the original TRF ?, If no, then how did you manage to get the original TRF today only?

yes, there is timeline of 6 weeks (from the day of your test ) for EOR application

Hi Guys,
I would appreciate your suggestions.
I have taken ielts couple of times now. I also scheduled anther attempt for 30th June.
Recently, i took exam in April and got the results today. I would say i am not happy with my writing score . I am not sure what went wrong this time as 6 is lowest i have got so far and totally unexpected.

Should i go for re-marking ?

Today's results are
Listening : 8.5
Speaking : 8.0
Reading : 7.0
Writing :6.0

Previous attempt
Listening : 7.5
Speaking : 8.0
Reading : 7.5
Writing : 7.5

If you are confident about it, I would say to go for EOR.

Please go for EOR if you are confident. However, you must note that there is no guarantee that your score would change.
All the best

Unfortunately, it seems you may not be able to apply for EOR after today. The rule states that you must apply within 6 weeks of your exam date.
If you still have the time, you can apply before close of business today.

All the best

I think it will affect your score. You have to use the CRS calculator to check your score. I will advise you improve your English and take another test. A score of 7 and above is very realistic and achievable.

If you can get 7.5 in W before, chances are that you will get an increase which may either be 0.5 or 1. However an increase of 0.5 is more common. I will advise you to go for EOR if you are confident, while you also prepare adequately for your exams on June 30th.

All the best.
