Also, My friend's results changed in both Writing and speaking by 0.5. Initially, she had 6.5 in both now it has been changed to 7.

It was IDP. You are right. One of my friend who in fact applied for remarking a week later than mine received her revised results in two weeks. I had been sending emails to the centre and they had been saying no update. Last day when I checked with them they did not think it was necessary to respond.
and why are you not calling them? or why are you not visiting the center personally....? and why are you just emailing them, even if emailing did you email the center administrator?

well.. Visiting in person is not possible. In fact, I called the centre administrator today morning and she said she has no clue and it might even take 12 weeks. So, I was wondering if anyone has gone through the same.
Well then you cannot do anything but waiting ...
It is not common in USA but yeah I have seen people in India waiting for 2 months and some even for 3 months....
Did your friend's results got sent to Cambridge ?
I gave in IDP seattle but the EOR is being sent to Cambridge.
A friend of mine also applied for an EOR from mexico, from the same testing center and date.

I have a little query, I have applied for EOR on 24th April (IDP)
Today i have called them to ask the status, the idp representative said "re-evaluation is completed & will send the TRF to registered address". he refused to tell me the results over phone.
Do idp update re-evaluation results online?

Given that your writing scores have hovered 6.5 - 7 . I think probably that will not change. Reading and listening i dont think will change after EOR since it has fixed answers. Listening you already have 8. I think don't go for EOR
I think you should go for EoR but don't forget to include Speaking for remark, at least there are more chances you get your money back
