Hi, i think u wouldnt have submitted the TRF.. so how did u receive notification? was it a decision letter via post or email stating score is unchanged?

I just went ahead with it since I was already waiting for my ECA and if I could get the 7.5 it would've helped a bit. They sent me an email to inform me to collect it. They said they don't share the results by email or phone and only through collection from the British Council. I asked them if the change would show online through the Test Portal but they said they were not sure. So I went there, and they gave me the envelope which had an additional paper with the test score which stated that after reviewing it the score remains unchanged.
When was your exam and when did u submit your EoR. Do you have any idea if the EoR results can be delayed.

I see, the difference is i appeared for a paper based exam on 19th jan. i applied for EoR on Feb 4 with IDP Gurgaon
Call customer care and check on which day exactly they received ur docs
From then wait for 21 days, then escalate
I submitted my docs on Jan 30 evening, they couriered them to IDP Gurgaon on 31st, and they received it on 1st Feb
I kept on calling every week and on 14th Feb they said they received my results from IDP Aus
Then also i followed up everyday and finally they sent an email on 19th Feb that my score is changed
I actually went to their Gurgaon ofc to submit my EOR. I spoke to them and they said to wait for 21days. I further enquired if its 21 calender days or working days but did not get any direct answer. Also, asked what will be the 21st day they just said with in next week you would see an outcome.

Now, I sat for IELTS exam in February, 2019 and got LRWS 8.5 7 6 8
I wasn't confident enough to get a 7 in writing in my first attempt; however, after this attempt I was sure to achieve minimum (in worst case) 6.5 but ended up again at 6!
Shall i go for re evaluation?

My personal thought is that the re-mark might not be worth it though it depends on your crs score. A 6.5 in writing would normally make a huge difference, but a 7 would increase your points much more. Your Reading score will not change even with a 7.5 and even with an 8 after a re-mark will the impact on your crs score be very small. Some other expert can correct me if I'm wrong but my suggestion would be to probably prepare more for the writing and retake the test.

Yeah then I don't think you should bother with going for an EOR. Just redo the test since you'll have a much better chance that way.
As I am quite sure about my writing. Hence, I would go for re evaluation!
And if my scores won't change then I will plan for a re test.
Sure, it is your call at the end. Mine didn't change though I was pretty sure as well, I did it for my mental satisfaction

Its been 22 days since I filed for EOR. Does it usually take longer than that?
