Okay I get it now. You went for revaluation for the 27th Oct one, I was looking at Dec 1 scores. Awesome.
My result is up tomorrow for my 3rd attempt. Fingers crossed i get CLB 9 as well.

Received my scores yesterday for the test on 15th December and was absolutely bummed looking at my writing score. My scores were LRWS: 9, 8.5, 6.5, 8.5. Despite not having the time to proofread on test day, I was pretty sure I managed to write a well deserved letter and essay. I applied for EOR today as my gut told me do so. This was my very first attempt. I'm only hopeful. Please let me know if anyone else were/are sailing in the same boat.
Btw, it's BC Dubai UAE, GT.

As you can see,in my last attempt, the speaking was messed up, Having 8/7.5/7.0 throughout my previous attempts, it is questionable as to how and where it went wrong.
WAITING
During the course of this 1 year and 10 months (Apx), the score of Writing was consistent (6.0). After having considered opting for coaching, I decided to hire two different coaches who happened to give me a band score of average 7.5 in Writing (15 Essays & Letters). Yet, facing failures after failures. Spent about USD 3000+.
It feels like I am paying for my own disappointments and had no success having gone through so many materials and videos including Liz's paid videos.
With being that said, I m gonna book my next exam with IDP Qatar 19th January 2019 (10th Attempt). In the meantime, waiting for my EOR to come (4 week process). If you may think you have any advice for me, well, I am happy to listen to you.

It was devastating. After 8 attempts. By the way i asked for eor and booked jan 19th same as you did.
In my 6th attempt i had 8.7.7.7 but i need 2 skills over clb9 so i have to retake the exam

Wheneever i fail the exam i feel terrible and i am sick for several days. How do you cope with this situation?
I asked for remark twice and my score didnt change . However if you are sure about your writing ask for eor

My center was Heriot Watt University. What were your scores like? And which center?
Not to demoralize you or anything but Reading and Listening scores almost never change. They're objective sections and most of the time accurate. However, if you feel that there might've been a clerical error on the examiner's part, then go for remarking. More often than not it'll remain the same.
