Hi,Hello, As you appeared from noida, May I know what is the location of IELTS test in noida? Do they conduct test in greater noida?
I am planning to register for IELTS and nearest location to my town is noida or delhi. I need an idea about the location so that I can plan about the travel. looking forward for your reply.
Even I appeared from BC Patiala on 7 July with LRWS score 8.5, 7.5, 6, 7. I am also planning for EOR as I have scored 7 band in writing earlier. If u r confident with ur writing, go ahead with EOR else appear again.Hi Guys,
My Exam Date
: 28th July 2018
Result date : 10th August 2018 3rd attempt from BC patiala
Score (O/L/R/W/S): 7.5/8.5/7.5/6.5/7.5
So i need 0.5 in my writing to touch band 7, I am pretty much confident about my writing as it was very good and as per their parameters.
Should I go for EOR?
Experts please suggest,,
date u applied for eor and when u received updated trfHi All,
I too, like most friends here, was in a dilemma whether to apply for revaluation. Wrote 3 times
My marks were
1st Attempt
L/R/W/S
7.5/8/8.5/6
I was really disappointed at this result, but after going through forum comments decided against revaluation
2nd Attempt
7.5/8/6.5/8
This time took at hit on writing. Then I noticed it is Listening score which is causing larger jumps in CRS than others.
May be I am wrong.
Hence 3rd attempt
8/8/6.5/8
This result is actually funny, I thought, because I was pretty much sure that I screwed up listening. But I thought I did well in writing.
This time I attempted for revaluation. The writing score changed from 6.5 to 7.5 and they refunded my money back.
In summary, if your gut feeling says that you did well but got lesser marks - This is in the case of writing and speaking - Then just go revaluation.
All the best to those are attempting IELTS and/or are thinking of revaluation.
I only needed a 0.5 in the EOR of my writing to push my score, and went for it, and got the score I needed (and applied for a refund). If you're confident with how you did on your speaking, then definitely submit an EOR!Hi, I got my results on 10th August
R 8.5
L 8.5
W 7.5
S 7
438 now. Will become 441 if I get .5 more in speaking
Planning to give EOR for speaking to get an extra .5 to make it 7.5. Should I go for it ?
