Remaining in status while waiting for BC PNP

Can someone explain to me how?

My WH visa expires in a few months, I wanna apply for BC Pnp. I know there's implied status but if Im not mistaken, its only valid for 3 months. Processing times tend to take longer now.
So, say my processing times are 8 months and I only get an implied status for 3 months, how do I stay in status the other 5 months?

Hey,
When did you apply for the BCPNP. My partner and i also applied on November 24 but have not gotten a feed back from them yet and her work permit expires in Feb 2015. But she will be on study permit in other to maintain status. Because they told us that they wont issue letter for work permit extension until they nominate us so we have to do everything to maintain status. I hope this helps.

That does help, thank you very much. Is the requirement also to stay working for the same employer? Its the way I see it now as well.
Get a study permit, keep doing the same thing, wait for PR part.
