Releve De Notes/College Transcript Issue

Hey guys, need your advice please.. my college does not provide releve de notes or transcripts for subjects taken each year, they only provide the total score for the whole year combined.. Any idea if this can be accepted by WES or ICAS or any ECA organization? I've been trying to reach them for days but no response..

You can explain the organization (like WES...) your issue. They will understand your case as they might have experience with this issue; I know this is an issue for those who study in France. Bon courage!
