I received a message from CIC today regarding the Release of Information (IMM5475). I have a few queries regarding this:
1. I am the primary applicant and my spouse is the dependant applicant. Do we have to submit this form?
2. Can I put my spouse's name in the designated individual space? We do not want anybody else to be the designated individual? Is it mandatory to have a separate designated individual for this?
3. How do I identify my visa processing office - Bangalore / Chandigarh / New Delhi? I am based in Mumbai.
I have only 6 more days for this, so it would be great if somebody responds to this at the earliest?
