For receive additional points we need to provide their signs or only information about them?

1. You would need the birth certificates to prove the relationship, proof of PR or citizenship and proof that they are residing in Canada.

They need to be living in Canada

Relatives in Canada:

You or your accompanying spouse or common-law partner has a relative (parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, child of a parent, sibling, child of a grandparent, aunt/uncle, or grandchild of a parent, niece or nephew) who lives in Canada and is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
