Hi. I need to ask the relatives you can claim points for mentioned in SINP.
Parents, siblings, grandparents, aunt and uncle, nieces and nephews, first cousins, and step family members or in-laws of the same relationships. Does it mean in-laws of mentioned relatives above? Means in-laws of first cousin too? Clear this for me. Plz help as I want to claim points of my first cousin's husband who is living and doing job in saskatchewan for past 1 year.

Your first cousin is the relative, not the husband. Is your first cousin not living in Saskatchewan?

Can you plz elaborate what in-lawsof the same relationships mean here? Thanx
In-laws of your spouse. So if you are main applicant, and your spouse’s cousin is living in Sask then that is a cousin-in-law. Or your spouse’s brother and that is your in-law.

If the in-law- auntie and uncle are living in different provinces and I didn’t collect any point for them do I still need to mention them ?
