In my Express Entry application (Prior to getting ITA), under "Relatives in Canada" sections, I submitted as below for secondary applicant with respect to my elder brother who is citizen of canada:
1. Does Vinay Gupta have a relative who is a citizen or permanent resident of Canada? (The relative must be 18 or older and living in Canada.)
Yes
2. This person is vinay gupta's:
Sister/ Brother
3. Province or Territory where vinay gupta's relative resides:
Ontario

However, post ITA, as I was not asked anywhere in online application regarding any proof of relative in canada (WHY?) thus, under the optional documents section in eAPR, I submitted all required proofs related to the citizenship of my elder brother & his relation to me.

I hope I have done right.
Can someone please confirm that is it normal to not receive any question in eAPR regarding sibling in Canada of Secondary Applicant (even if the details were provided in Express Entry original application) ?
I assume as the no points are there for sibling in canada thus there were no question/documents asked for in eAPR & its normal.

Yes you did the right the thing....thats what I did and already received the PR....so it is fine...and yes there are no points for relatives residing in Canada so there is no separate section for this....

NO, what I meant was that there is no section for relatives in Canada post ITA....but still I provided the proof (in additional docs section) as I mentioned relatives in my Express Entry profile...

What if I don't put 'Yes' in my spouse's relative section in EE as I don't 5 points and as it will be difficult to produce consistent documents to prove the relationship? Please shed some light on this. Thanks.

I would say that let CIC know about the relatives, may be in the explanation letter....it does not make sense to hide anything just because you don't have much proof...just let them know and write it down with reason in the explanation letter...
