Relative proof question

I am the primary applicant and in the EE profile I answered yes to Canadian relative question and selected uncle/aunt. My wife's brother is canadian citizen and we got his 15 points. In the eAPR it asks me as primary applicant to provide relation proof for my uncle. I didnt get any points for him. So is it safe for me to change my answer to no for Canadian relative so that I dont have to provide any documentation? Anyhow I am not getting any CRS points for it, my CRS points for sibling are for my wife's brother.

You can answer no and just give an loe that you are not claiming the adaptability points for relative and pass the minimum eligibility criteria that is 67 points and above and hence you said no.
