Relative in Canada Under Federal skilled worker

Hi i am applying under FSW (Federal Skilled Worker) . I have one question

I have no relative in Canada. But my wife has his cousin brother(Parental uncle's son) in Canada. <He has PR of Canada.> They both have same grandfather . So can we show him in our application. Could you please help us as soon as possible. AS we are very confused. :-[ ???

No your wife can only claim point if she has any brother, sister, parents, mother's sister, mother's brother, father's sister, father's brother.
