Proof of Relationship in Canada

My sister lives in Canada since the fast 5 years. Kindly advise if the below documents are sufficient as the proof of relationship requirements:

- Proof of Status: I am sending her Canadian Passport copy as reference.
- Proof of Relationship: I am submitting her birth certificate. Also sending her marriage certificate as her name was changed after marriage. The
name shown on Passport is the modified name after marriage.
- Proof of Residency: Notice of Assessment from the Canada Revenue Agency 2012.

Kindly suggest if any additional documents are required. Or will these be sufficient ?

I would include additional proof of residency. Example: utility bills, credit card bills, payroll stubbs.

Thank you for your response.

But actually the problem is the she is a house wife, and is studing for her medical exams. She does not have a job currently, the house, utility bills, and payroll stubs are available in her husband's name not her's. The bank statements and Notice of Assessment from the Canada Revenue Agency are available in her name but the annual income is these is very less, as her husband is earning and is responsible for all her/household/educational expenses.

Kindly suggest what supporting documents shall i submit ? Should i submit her husband's documents as well ???

Senior Memebers please help.

Should not have to be an issue. Her husband's name must have been mentioned on the Passport AND / OR Marriage certificate. CIC can make sense about the documents. Just include utility bill copy so that they can verify their residency.

Thats it.
