Relative birth certificate

HI All,

My questions is why they been asking birth certificate related in Canada becasue we claim 5 points as Aunt but we already sent with main application and even after that when they requested funds update and new police records again yesterday i got email asking birth certificate for my aunt, what they will do? please somone suggest. And we did our medicals almost two weeks ago but no request except brith certificate.

If you have a birth certificate; just send it. If you dont, then you will need to attach all kinds of documents proving the relationship. I went through a similar situation and because I didnt have a birth certificate, I had to submit so many other documents to prove the relationship.

You are not advised to send any original document except IELTS result.

Make it attested by the notary/lawyer what you did earlier when you submit your full documents....

Send a notarized copy of the birth certificate. You should be fine. Send the updated PCC also. They asked me also for and updated PCC from the FBI which I sent.

I dont think they are going to ask you for the original, nor they have asked you to notarise it. Just send a copy of it. the only original documents I have sent till now are PCC, Bank Letter and IELTS. I am not aware of a 3rd requirement that says, send original

I have make lots of attested documents without original documents.

take many documents to the lawyer to attested, provide some original, nobody has time to check others original documents.

if you are unable to do that, meet the lawyer and tell me reality that you will not able to provide original birth certificate because it is in the custody of its owner and she is in canada...

Nobody will able to suggest you, how to get attested without original documents, you must go to court or lawyer and talk with them about matter to get better solution...
