after asking if we live together now, which is yes and we have details... I go to question 4 and it asks: "if you are not living together, have you ever visited each other during your relationship?" and two yes/no checkboxes. i checked one and now i can't uncheck it because, well we live together now and it seems not applicable. or is asking in past tense? because we have lived apart before and did visit each other. thanks for any help! also.. for blank spaces, even columns and rows, should I write n/a?
