There is no requirement for salary in CEC. Most of the time they don't but if they take into consideration then you don't have to worry because pay is around $15 (Low) in Toronto region according to Working in Canada. you need to check your job duties with the appropriate NOC code and make sure you're eligible (1 year of work experience etc) - no one can tell your eligilibity based on the information you provided.

I recommend checking out the CEC website as a good place to start and conduct your own research. Then come back here and ask any questions you have

I can give you head start if you want. Check for NOC 2211 and duties for that NOC.
