The Police certificate from Pakistan that you provided with your application is not acceptable as it does not cover the full period of time spent in Pakistan during your first period of residence there. You have indicated in your address/personal history that you resided in Pakistan from November 5, 1987 to June 12, 2008. The police certificate that you provided covers the period from Birth to May 2008

I remember filling out the PCC form with the exact dates but they returned it stating May 2008 which I obviously ignored thinking 1 month won't make any difference or may be 11 days because it doesn't have a date just the month.

Now I need a little help what if I reapply for a PCC and get the same dates shall I raise a CSE or make na profile and re-enter the pool.

I would also like to inform you guys that before I received my rejection I received a letter asking for my Personal Activities in 2008 which I explained in detail and submitted.

This decision is logical. You can not challenge, so don't waste your time and get into the pool again by making a new profile.

I don't see it logical at all because I returned back to Pakistan for good in March 2015 which is obviously mentioned on my PCC and if i would have committed any crime in that 1 month period it must have apperead on my PCC and why did they assume that May 2008 means 1st of May 2008 why didn't they took it as 30 May 2008 and I left the country for 7 years in June.
Also I am 100% sure when I filled up the PCC form I put down the exact date I left the country and even attached my passport copies so i thought it's a normal practise as it was my 1st ever PCC from Pakistan and what the hell what could I had possibly done during that 1 month period which couldn't do since birth.

No point banging against the wall it's frustrating waste of 2 months thanks for the feedback though I'll make a new profile

Best of luck everyone

I know this frustration !! Relax, kool yourself. Drink some Falsa Juice, Sugar cane Juice with pinch of salt and half lemon. Make a new EE profile anf get into the pool !!
There will be time, when you will look back and laugh at your past while taking sips of Ice cappuccino in Tim Hortons !

Honestly the officer did have some sympathy and hence requested for your personal history details again to see if they he/she could help you in some way. Generally they cancel the application without giving any small chance.

Anyways, rules are rules, and nobody would want to risk their position just to help you out.
