Rejection on visitor visa for parents

I applied for my parents visitor visa, it got rejection based on the following reason.
As my parents doesn’t own any property backhome could not show anything.

I am a PR since 2020 , and meeting LICO for supervisa.
Should I apply for super visa or apply visitor visa?

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

Same rejection reason for my parents as well for VV application. Checking to see if you are able to address this ? Have you applied for GCMS notes yet?

when did you applied?
I got the GCMS saying that officer was not convinced with the documents of parents
As I didn’t attached their bank statement or property documents
So i applied for super visa this time

I applied for VV in Aug 2021 through old portal and reapplied in May 2022 through the new portal. we attached bank documents and property documents etc but the office was not convinced that they would leave the country at the end of the stay based on the following:
a) their purpose of visit - (previously mentioned family reunification as a reason for a duration of 5 months in the VV application)
b) family ties in Canada and country of residence.

I meet the LICO requirements for Super visa but not sure how to address the above reasons other than the financial and property documents of my parents I had already provided.

Is your parents have a job, property, pension (if retired) this can be shown as a country ties.
For family ties, Do you have sibling, or grand kids if your parents have mention about them.

They are retired without pensions, they do have property with one rental income, other than that they just have interest earnings through bank payments.
As for ties, my only other sibling is here in Canada.

If you meet LICO then apply Super Visa

Visitor visa for 5 months for parents means they have to show the funds needed to the tune of their duration
If you are sponsoring the visit, still they need to establish home ties and explain why they would go back

Sure will apply for Super visa as that would only require me to show most of the financial documents for LICO. I would however also try to include parent's property documents along with one of their rental income proof. I can't think of any other means to show strong ties also considering the fact that my only sibling also lives here in Canada.
