REJECTION OF VISITOR VISA WITH WRONG REASON

Hello,

I had applied for visitor visa for one month invited by my cousin sister who is living at canada , but now i got rejection of visitor visa showing reason that:

1) Insufficient fund ( That is ok it might be possible)
2) You got second refusal of canada visitor visa so for next two years you are not eligible for apply ( But how can it possible i applied first time ever even my passport is new issued in june-2017 i never applied before for canada or another country how can they band me for next two years what is my mistake i didn;t applied before so how can it become my second refusal)

Pls Pls guide me what to do how can i contact them and tell this truth, i am truly saying i applied first time ever and got rejection and banned for next two years?

you are probably misreading the information on the letter or confusing it with something else, as Canada does not prevent you from reapplying again anytime. Please post the reasons so we can help.

Agreed. Only if there's misrepresentation - and then it's a five year ban.

Maybe he used fake documents to apply that is why u are ban for two years .

No - that doesn't make sense. Misrepresentation bans are five years - there is no two year ban.

No - it still doesn't make sense. Again, there's no such thing as a two year ban. Also, you can apply for a TRV as many times as you want - there's no rule that says you can only apply twice.

Thanks to you all for providing me useful suggestion but yes it was my misunderstanding in reading visa rejection letter, i am not banded, but now i want to re-apply it and i will surely come back to India but how can i explain this thing to visa officer that i will definitely come back at India after my vacation over there after one month, and i have my mother-father over here, having a good job in Human Resource field pls help me in that to win the trust of visa officer in true way.
