Rejection of Student Visa for Engineering Graduates

Guys i am from Mechanical engineering background, i also got he refusal one time because i have opted advance diploma.
Now seeking for admission in PG or Masters but IELTS is 6.0 L-6.5,W-6,S-6,R-6

Wat to do where to apply help me out

Now change the course to master if you have 16years education and above average grades otherwise atleast go for P.G.DIPLOMA

Yes even earlier i wanted to go for PG but dat time my score was less
I have written IELTS agian and now this is what i have got Overall 6.0 W-6,S-6,L-6.5,R-6
Now tell me wat can i do
