I uploaded my friends' co-op letter as I scanned both and by mistake from my laptop I uploaded my friends' letter. So my co-op work permit has been rejected. What should I do now? Shall I re-apply or I should re-open my application?

By mistake, I uploaded my friend's co-op letter. As I scanned both mine and my friend's letter. Both were in my laptop

I guess you werent banned? You need to reapply, If there is anywhere asking about previous rejections you need to mention it.

As by mistake I uploaded my friend co-op letter as it was with me because I scanned it. Can there be any fraud case on me when I re-apply giving this reason?

You have not shown that the work you wish to undertake is an essential element to complete your studies. please note, the letter you provided with your application was not issued under your name and therefore not acceptable.

Just re apply , its not a big deal. Its a mistake , not a fraud.

Based on that letter, they don't suspect fraud, they will understand if you explain it as a mistake.

perhaps you tried using your friends letter to apply for a co-op work permit, bur it didn't work.

Can there any serious issue? I applied by mistake and not intentionally. I have my own co-op letter.

When you submitted your coop work permit application, did you declare that your information provided is truthful and accurate?
