Just curious.

When CIC sends an applicant the rejection notification/letter, do they send it by email or regular mail?
(I've noticed that when they send a medical request, they do so by email. I am wondering if that is the case when they send rejection notice)

No, they don't. They may send a fairness letter by email but a refusal letter comes by mail.

will they reject without any notification. I applied PR and got my AOR. But nothing I heard from CIC again. GCMS says second review required for eligibility. I submitted additional supporting documents yet not reply from CIC. Will CIC give any notice or will they directly send reject email?

Hey gskn4u, I understand your frustration. I do. But please respect the Topic. ie., go find a topic similar to your own concern and post your question there. Or simply post your question as a separate topic. What you have just written has nothing to do with my original posting/question, which is "whether the CIC sends a rejection letter by regular mail or e-mail".

dont panic there are people who did not hear since Nov 2013, no medicals nothing but just AOR, if you want to find whats happening with your application apply for the GCMS notes

If you don't meet the requirements they will send you a refusal letter in the mail. If they are suspect about a particular point then they may ask for additional documents. It all depends on the situation.

By email. At least I received rejection letter by email, and got no mails from CIC.

Yeh, that was an year ago, and I did really big mistake not providing duties in LOE. I wish I knew about this forum then.
But don't worry, CIC is really slow these days.
