What did you wrote in explanation box at the bottom in Schedule 1 Background Decoration, band 9, asking for an explanation?

Hi,
I had applied to CIC & they accepted my application,then when i sent the docs to new delhi.The ND off rejected saying my duties did not match .I appealed to them saying that it was my employers mistake as they had not mentioned in the refernce letter the duties that i performed but they sent me mail saying once they have taken decision they wont accept any appeal.
Now I have applied again To CIC,they have accepted it,now sending the docs again to New Delhi ,HOpe everything goes well this time.

as soon ans the decision is made they close the case and there's nothing they can do about it - unfortunately such is a rule.

Now I have applied again To CIC,they have accepted it,now sending the docs again to New Delhi ,HOpe everything goes well this time.

I have got one rejection already and going to re-apply again.

1) You can write a good Cover Letter explaining all your concern.
2) Print and add to your application the letter from CIO regarding your refusal.
3) Match your duties to the same NOC codes that you apply for
4) Attach separate sheets with your job descriptions in detail for their info to Schedule 3
5) Good Luck
