I'm not impressed by your agent at all, if what you provided in your opening post was their response to the PFL, the tone was abrasive and the evidence was sorely lacking. It was a very poor response to a situation they should have anticipated given you had studied and were working in another province.
I think the accusations here are harsh, it's not that you were lying about the potential relocation but raising it as a possibility. However, once again the language used to formulate your response is clumsy and inarticulate, making it seem like this was something you had previously discussed with your company.
When you get a PFL about living in a province you need to provide far more persuasive proof of your commitment to live there than a screenshot of jobs posted there, and musings about tax and cost of living. You need something concrete to signal your intentions of moving there.
This was a difficult situation but it would have been salvageable, at least with a proper attempt at responding to their legitimate concerns.
