I received a letter that you application rejected under section 40(2)a due to misrepresentatiin and banned for five years they added line that you may reapply. My application rejected due to wrong embassy fee receipt attached by my consultant(not legal).
What should i do my family is living in Canada

Applications aren’t usually refused for misrepresentation due to a wrong receipt. Your family will have to visit you out of Canada for 5 years.

Means there is no solution for this refusal

If you have already replied to the procedural fairness letter and got the ban no there is nothing you can do usually. Don’t know your whole story so you”d have to confirm with a lawyer

Hire a good consultant who is an IRCC member or having lawyers in Canada. If you want you can go with my consultant.

GCMS notes will clear the picture, however, it will take 4 weeks to get the same. Apply for GCMS notes and talk to the consultant who is an ICCRC member.

There is probably more to story than consultant is telling you, what did he do after receiving procedural fairness letter?
You will have to challenge the decision in Canadian court that's probably the only slim hope.
