1. When you first applied, you were an intern, now you are an employee. You should apply for GCMS notes to determine what was actually said in the refusal. Note though, you have only been employed for 2 months, and you don't say what your job is, and what studies you intend to take, which will be a factor in the approval/refusal.

Thank you so much for replying me
1.I became a permanent staff a week after my first visa application so the visa officer doesn't know if I am fully employed now
2.I have already applied for my gcms notes but I heard the answers are generic this days
3.The course I put in for is embedded system engineering design and in my first application I said I was working for a company who is into embedded and control system
4.do I need to add a study leave letter or reference letter or do I just say I done with the internship.
Please I need your candid advice about this, been having sleepless night on how to get around this ....Thanks and God bless

I got refused based on the following grounds,
1. I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.
2. Pursuant to paragraph 220(a) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course or
program of studies that you intend to pursue.

I have 4 years of work experience and I am still employed, When I applied in included cv and I explained as I have job but I didn't include work certificate with my application.
Regarding Financial proof I submitted my bank statements with enough amount but the money had been transferred from my family to my account a month before I applied for visa and I mentioned it study plan as I have been financially supported by my family.

I am planning to reapply, so please advise me what shall I include or in what area should I make correction.
