@ERCAN is right. AOR can be taken, at its highest, as a sign that the application has passed a somewhat cursory, preliminary inspection, and appears to be complete. It says nothing about how the IRCC views the key parts of the evaluation process, including background check, eligibility check, medical exam results, etc.

Can one get rejection after AOR? Thanks
it can get rejected based on background/eligibility etc. but it wont get returned like it would be pre AOR. If they want additional documents, it will just be ADRs from here on.
