Actually, My uncle paid the first semester fee there in Canada, I never mentioned about him in my application, nor I told CHC how I paid the fee. I just forwarded them the fee voucher which I got from College..

u have these issues here honey

* one must attached only a single bank account summary in form loan or statement instead or 2 or 3( creates mess for the V.O)
* Never show up your reference in Canada when you applied for a visa since you had done it, thats another bad impact
* Never add any kind of BONDS or even Those documents showing land and agricultural part of your finance, can also be dangerous,

YOU SAID
that the amount was never deducted had been paid by your uncle in Canada...! Kindly Clear it,
Also Next time if you are applying in same scenario, avoid these things in advance..

look man i still have strong belief that u can win this if u appeal.. i mean its NO win No money.. so wts the problem man.. if he charges u alittle money its not a big deal.. u can earn over there man... i think either u shud re apply or appeal....

i dont know exactly how much is the winning fee.. but i am sure it wont be too much man.. i can give u his number u can talk to him ... and even if its 1 lac i wont mind man.. u can earn it in one month.. dont think about money right now man.. karz lailooo kisi sai kuch b karoo but dont think about money man... my fren got degree from univ of calgary,alberta and u know what he didnt pay a single penny to univ as yet.. now he got work permit and he will give 1000 dollars per month to univ.. 24000CAD pay karnay hai usay.. so dont worry about money man...

TNT is right u may try Australia though I dnt knw much abt its visa but the Europe is another option and area where I knw best and i prefer,excluding UK. The Netherlands is a great option. Netherlands is also good for international students and it's safer and clean for int'l student.
I am saying this only if u want to consider another country,but if u still sees new hope in Canada,u may give it a try.

yaar in my opinion.. one year fee + 12000 living expenses + 12000 misc expenses would do it.. try to have at least 4 to 5 thousands dollars more than that.. consult it with someone yaar.. i wud still suggest appeal...

IELTS 5.5 OVER ALL( i think u are already over it)
Study GAP max 1 to 3 years( i think you are done with this too)
Basic is 550 AUS $$ plus ur medical is 3000 PKR
PVA( PRE VISA APPROVAL CAN BE WITH U in next 3 to 4 weeks, and total time is 60 days almost or little bit up or down
3.5 million BANK STATEMENT OR LOAN LETTER( ANY OUT OF THESE TWO BUT WITH ONE ACCOUNT)
TOTAL FEE IS 7000 $$ and half is 3500 $$

now you can think at your own

Calculate that
since you are talking about spouse left, and man it will be 100% unless you put some thing your self.

man i wil suggest you not to apply till next semester for CANADA AND to wait for next semester, mean while you can grab POLAND VISA(SCHENGEN VISA) valid for 28 countries, log kehty sirf itna hain k hamain yahan sy bahir bahij do, baqi hum khud sambhal lain gay, aur its infact the same...i been to KSA for years and was earning good but due to one mistake, main aj bhi pachtata hon, khair, ksi ki baton mein a ker koi wrong decision mat laina, kiun k yeh tumhari lfe, hai sub mazy lainy k lye apna apna point of view batatay rehty hain infact no one would ever bother to go through that him self...
