Good day!
I applied for a TRV to visit my fiance'.
But i was rejected with this reason:
You have not satisfied me that you meet the requirements of Regulation 179; that you would leave Canada at the end of the temporary period if you were authorized to enter. In reaching this decision, i considered several factors which include one or more of the following: your travel history, your immigration status, your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence, length of proposed stay in Canada, purpose of visit, limited employment prospects in your country of residence, your current employment situation, your personal assets and financial status.

= I have my family and my children here.. Ofcourse i will be coming back.. Even the future if i will be given a chance to become a resident there.. I will always visit Philippines. Cause this is where i came from.. And my family are here..
=I am also connected in the company where i am working now.. for almost 7 years.
=I travelled 4 countries in Asia before i met my fiance'.
=I proposed there for 3 weeks.. I am just practical.. Spending that amount of airfare just to come back soon is not practical on my part.. What i mean.. "dapat sulit"..
=I also have an Uncle there.. but i didnt mentioned because He is not the one who invited me. I also have some friends.
= Yes, i dont have much assets.. But my fiance' does.. And it was stated on the inviatation that he will sponsor every expenses i need on my stay there..including the airfare, food, and room accomodation.
=He has house, he has work.. All the bank statements and proofs of ownership are given.. So with the Annual tax Form.

Now, i dont know what to do.. Do you have any suggestions?
My fiance' really wants me to visit there.. Cause He can only come back in the Phils. this December, and thats the time we will be having our wedding ceremony.
We miss each other so much.. and we want to know more each other before tying the knot. Cause We are morethan 1 year in this relationship. Though our hearts are really sure that we love each other.. and we want to be together..

Thank you so much for reading my side.. GOD BLESS US ALL..
Sincerely yours..

I am sorry to say that your dependence on your boyfriend to pay for all your trip expenses may have counted against your TIES to home (limited employment/finances) and increased your ties to Canada.

To OVERLOVER: All the requirements said by agency that processed my papers were complied. Like my bank statements. I even show the banks of my kids too.. My asset is only my car - so OR and CR.. Then documents from my company. Payslip. Emplyment Certificate. Leave Certificate. Payslip. ITR. Compnay ID..
Then our pictures and letters

You're welcome msjoyce. It is so sad and frustrating when you think you are doing the right thing and the VO turns it around as a negative. So hard to know what to say to prove your ties and intent to return home. They say you can reapply when your situation has changed, so I hope you ar able to find a way to make it work. Good luck.

I would say get married 1st, then spousal sponsorship only takes average of 6 months. So just be patience.

Nowadays, youngsters like 35 and below are usually being rejected for a TRV. Based on recent friends and families feedback.
