Hi,
10+2: 73.4%
Btech: 62.59% (E.C.E) in Nov. 2015 with 5 Backlogs
IELTS: 6.5 (R:6.5, L: 6.5, S:7, W:6)
First and Second time refused for: Fanshawe College 1 Year PDD (Embedded Systems)
Reason on CAIPS:
Officer Review: Intends to go to Fanshawe college for Embedded Systems and Development Program. PA completed bachelor in technology. Weak Academics Reappears. I don't consider it reasonable that PA could able to handle the course in Canada given previous difficulties in school. Based on the above on Balance, I am not satisfied the proposed studies are reasonable in light of qualifications/educational backgrounds. I am not satisfied that the applicant is a bona fide student. Weighing the information on hand in this specific case, the applicant has failed to establish that they are a bonafide temporary resident and will leave Canada after completion of course. Application refused.
I had applied for Canada Study Visa for 3rd time In Lambton college for Wireless Networking after getting CAIPS and Made SOP given below, Visa again refused. Don't know what the reason was. Already strengthen the SOP.
SOP on third time application with all solutions given on CAIPS:

Subject: Re-Application for study permit to Canada (Passport No: LXXXXXX0)
Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Paras had passed my Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Communication Engineering and had previously submitted my application for a Study Permit for the Electronics and Embedded Systems Development, Post Graduate program in Fanshawe College (London, Ontario).
My first application (SXXXXXXXX) was refused and communicated to me via letter dated November 29, 2016 due to the following reason(s):
• Your proposed program is not reasonable in light of past studies, academic scores and language abilities.
My second application (S3XXXXXX1) with same course was refused on January 09, 2017 due to the following reason(s):
• Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.
Personal & Academic Background: I belong to well-settled families in India and both my parents are working in the good profession. My mother is working as a teacher. My father is a businessman and we are living comfortably in India with all facilities and comforts. My family always dreamed and motivated me to be a good engineer in the field of Networking and Technology. With their support, I could able to complete my Sr. Secondary (12th) in non-medical with the top grades (73.4%) and I have secured 76% (A Grade) in Math subject. I had passed my Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Communication Engineering and secured the first position with 62.59% from Amritsar College of Engineering and Technology, Amritsar. This institute is affiliated to Punjab Technical University and approved by AICTE, New Delhi. I have been always a good performer right from the early childhood school days and secured good scores except for my last semester in B.Tech due to health issues.
Purpose of Visit and Why Lambton College: My purpose of visit to Canada is to pursue higher level studies in the field of Electronics and Telecommunication. As per both refusal reasons and after a long research, I found that two years Post Graduate Certificate in Wireless Networking at Lambton College aptly met my requirements of detailed course study which is more relevant than previous program. This is a four-semester full time Post Graduate program which covers technologies such as Data Communications & Security, WLAN Administration, Advanced Wireless Security, Mobile Communications (FDMA, TDMA, CDMA, FDMA/TDMA and multi-carrier access (OFDM and OFDMA), WAN including cellular networks (LTE, GSM and CDMA), Advanced Network Analysis and Design, Emerging Networking Technologies. The syllabus of proposed study is similar to my previous studies. I have studied around 9 subjects related to wireless and networking like Wireless Communication System, Wireless Sensor Network, Digital signal Processing, Computer Networks, Network Analysis and Synthesis, Signal and Systems etc. These technologies are supposed to be implemented in Indian Telecom industry in coming years, whereas Canada is already using these technologies. Moreover, India's telecommunication network is the second largest in the world based on the total number of telephone users So, I see a great future in this field while returning back home. International study experience will add extra credits to my resume, which can be very helpful to build my career. Keeping all these things in mind I took the decision to study in Canada.
English language level: I have the required knowledge of the language and can support in doing my education in Canada. I meet the English language requirements set by the Institution and I scored 6.5 band in IELTS and not less than 6.0 each too which is higher than the Institution’s requirement (6.0 not less than 5.5 each).
After course completion: After completion of this course, I can start my professional career in my home country as a wireless service provider or network specialist with a very good pay scale. Being the only son of my parents, I want to visit Canada to pursue my study and have no intention to stay for a longer period as I am committed towards my duties for my family who will stay in India during my stay in Canada, moreover I am socially committed to my mother land India.
Financial establishments: My family is well established in India and having the good source of income every year through salaries and investments. Presently to meet my program cost, I have already paid the complete tuition deposit for 1st semester i.e. 7105 CAD to the college and have GIC with 10,025 CAD and additional funds of 8758 CAD as my father’s savings in the bank. These all are from my family savings and I hold sufficient deposits to pay the rest of the program cost too. My family gets an annual income of 13090 CAD through salaries.
To conclude, I request the concerned visa officer at Canadian High Commission to reconsider my application, and allow me to continue my study at Lambton College of Applied Arts and Technology, Mississauga, Canada. I hope that the above-mentioned details will throw light to the facts related to my visa file and help you to process it. I am prepared to have a personal interview if given an opportunity to establish my language skills and also the subject knowledge to establish my intentions.
Thanking you and wishing you a wonderful day.
Sincerely
