I'm trying to apply for BCIT (British Columbia Institute of Technology" for Cyber Security program currently.
If I get acceptance from BCIT and apply for study permit agian but include a letter to explain my plan for creating a company in my home country Egypt after studying and that diploma from Canada will help increase my credibility and experience to manage such company in IT security consultancy, can that actually help?

It should but more should be presented to convince the VO i.e like property on your name, car, travel history etc.

Ties to your home country are the things that connect you to your hometown, homeland, or current place of residence: job, family, owning a house or apartment, financial prospects that you own or will inherit, investments, family info etc.

Intention to go back to home country to start your own firm is a good prompt to showcase your future plans. But what you wanna explain is how doing that degree from Canada makes it possible and why doing it from your home country isn't an option.

Got to talk the talk and walk the walk. Plain writing without proof wont hold. Posts here are filled with people from all walks of life including repeat applicants giving advice so I suggest you not to rely on the forum alone and consult a professional ( even I applied through a lawyer despite having time tested knowledge) .

Cajoling through will make look you desperate. It's hard to overturn a refusal once it crosses the second iteration so you got to be serious.

Thanks dear, but I don't know any lawyer, would you please suggest one with inexpensive cost?
ICCRC regulated consultants/ lawyers are both the same, they are both authorized paid representatives . Just google for a Canadian regulated consultant should find one easily. https://iccrc-crcic.ca/find-a-professional/

Example for a law firm :
