My PR application got rejected due a silly error. I have re-applied and received another ITA .Do I need to re-take the medicals ? My medical was done on May 25th 2017 ,so it is quite recently done.

Medicals are valid for one year. Why your application was rejected?

Because I included my spouse in the PR application and apparently I didn't include him in the EE profile. So this reduced my points.
Now my points have improved as I am gaining points for sibling as well.
 
Agree with DelPiero, from what I've researched the meds are valid for a year so you can use them for second application.

In fact I, too, and currently working on my second application as the first one was rejected for being incomplete

Do you know if we have to pay the application fee again when submitting the second time?

Yes you have to pay again. They will refund you for what you paid before. It took the

You will not get a refund on the application fees and have pay again.However if you paid the PR fees ,that will be refunded.
