Rejected on basis of documents lacks athenticity.

Hello all.
I've been rejected for the study permit.
The reason is "You have submitted documentation which lacks authenticity as part of your application."
I don't know what does that actually mean. I've provided all the documents properly.

My profile is:
10th 88.43% in 2004
12th 64.00% in 2006
B.E Electronics 61.24% in 2010
3 years of work experience.
IELTS 6.5 bands with no bands less than 6
Fanshawe college
SPP


Please help me what to do now? should i reapply or simply move on.

You are having experience of three years and therefore you have also attached the experience certificate.The reason is that they embassy must have called the number mentioned on your experience certificate to verify. If company have not verified or no is switched off when embassy called. So ask your company about this. This should be the main reason.

I do not think that normally they contact all of your previous employers and check whether the experience letter is authentic. He applied for student visa not for work permit. Besides It is really difficult to obtain such information from HR dept of a company. Many times they do not reply. If the VO office were to reject visa on this basis then i am sure 50% of the applicants will never get the visa.

Did you submit all the original documents for visa? There must be something wrong with your educational documents as they are verified for sure.

You might have to get your GMCS notes to see if it says what document they thought was not authentic

no i submitted the color photo copy of IELTS score card.

Yes it's.
They haven't called any of the mentioned numbers.
All numbers were authentic and are in working condition.
Actually the HR Manager is my friend and he has ordered all to answer each and every call for 10 days.
So i don't think this could be the possibility.

Well i submitted the photo copy of the both. Can this be the point of doubt?
But if this could be then my consultant would have surely let me know as they have 17 years of expertise in this field and specially for canada.
I don't doubt on what you have said but i surely doubt on my consultant now.

consultants r the biggest cause of rejection.....ru sure ur consultant didnt add some documents on his own(like copied SOP etc)? did u verify ur application package ? apply for GMCS notes that way u will know which document they think is not authentic...

with your IELTS score card no problem because for visa only requried its photocopy...
