recently i got refusal for may intake.now i am planning to submit my file without agent.
Can i apply for same intake under general?
Is there any body who have applied without agent?
I am from india.
I want all forms (editable) for student visa(general).

check this topic from the beginning.i have mentioned reasons for refusal.this time i got refusal for those 2 reasons again.and what are u meaning by "qualified resources"?

U finished your diploma in 2008 and now u are enrolling for an advance diploma? is that correct?

1. Yes, you can apply again for May intake under 'General', most likely it will be your second refusal because of no "major" change in your profile. Better if you; change your course level and apply for September intake.
