Okay got it! One cannot apply for "URGENT" for the first/initial PR card.

However, you saying information provided at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm-card.asp is not correct?? ???
Alurra71 did not say the information provided at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm-card.asp is not correct. If you read the link, you would find the processing times for new permanent residents and existing permanent residents are different.

I got my permanent residence (PR) card and there is a mistake on my last name. I have the following questions:

1. Do I have to sent my PR card along with the application form for reissue?

2. My actual name is: Last Name (Family): Doe, First Name: Jon -- NOT REAL NAME FOR Confidentiality.
But, my passport says: Last Name: Doe @SomeName, First Name: Jon. According to my Government @ mean Alias.
My birth certificate and driver licence full name: Jon Doe.
So, how do I explain this (the "@" symbol with my alias name as @SomeName)? I do not mind if they put @SomeName as my middle name.

3. Do you think that the immigration official will change this since at at least change @SomeName to middle name?

Thank you

How about your COPR? If same as PR card, then you don't have to do anything.
