Does anybody have the most current processing times for rehabilitation applications at the Buffalo Canadian Consulate? A while back I was told that they're taking 18 months to two years! Are they still pretty much on that time frame and if so, have any been finalized in a shorter period. I've had an application in process since Nov. 2009.

my boyfriend applied in June 2011. His file was transferred to Washington in June 2012 when Buffalo closed. Now we found out that the file was transferred again to LA back in January 2013. Since then we have no idea what's going on.
