some functions of 1221 and 1215 are compatible with my tasks. but are not compatible with my conditions. I do not have administrative degrees and I do not have experience. This is my first job after a phD in biology.

In the conditions it indicates:
A bachelor's degree or college diploma in business administration, business or a related discipline is usually required.

related discipline: biology it'es related discipline for the company specialized in the distribution of medical devices

Did you get any clarity if Phd in Biology or M.Pharm can be considered under related discipline.
I am also in dilemma for selection of appropriate NOC for Regulatory Affairs- Pharmaceuticals.

Can you confirm guys, which code did you use??? 1122 worked for you ??? Your inputs are highly appreciated.

I used 1122 and aligned my job duties accordingly in the job reference letter. I also wrote an LOE explaining how this NOC is relevant to my job duties.

Hi If we aligned our duties with the main duties listed in 1122 NOC Code in reference letter. DO we still need LOE and could you please tell what you have mentioned in your LOE ??
