Regulated professiosn: Jan 2016 intake

Hi to all. Please advise. I am Bsc in accounting and working under NOC1114 other financial officer category A, does this fall under regulated profession. or please guide me where I may find whether this is regulated. On the website I see that Doctors Nurses, engineers, electricians, plumbers, teachers fall under regulated profession but don't see NOC 1114 falls under regulated profession. Will highly appreciate your input.
