Kindly explain what is regulated and non regulated Professions in Canada.?

Is NOC 2133 and NOC 2147 is lie under which category.?

My degree Is Bachelors of Electronics (Specialization in Telecommunication) is it regulated or non-regulated in Manitoba province?

That's not a regulated area. Regulated areas are ones such as:

Teaching
Law
Medicine
Counselors

and so on ......

This means that Telecommunication is no a regulated occupation

But in NOC detials it is written in Employment requirement that you need to do licensing in NOC 2147,2133.

Please confirm this..?

Engineers are also regulated in Canada, not sure if your job falls into engineer category.

Some are not "regulated", but are required to register with the association of that profession to perform the job (technologist e.g.)

Some are trades (plumbing, heavy-duty mechanics, electricians) they are not "professions", but they are regulated and requires a license to perform.

Can you just give me a suggestion that as i am planning to apply for manitoba.
So i can tell that my profession is non regulated..?
