Hello. I got a question. Me and my husband applied non expres entry in Aug , 2024. My husband didn't had his birth certificate so our agent attached his school certificates and mentioned on a sheet as my husband didn't had his birth certifucate so we are attaching school certificate and passport. Will the officer reject the file? Please tell

They will for sure request the birth certificate as that is a mandatory document. School certificates and passport don't replace birth certificate at all
I'm not sure how things work in India, but you can certainly request for a NOC - No Objection Certificate regarding the birth certificate and get it notarized stating whatever issue might be? Again, not sure about India.
It'll take another 9-10 days for them to process the thing . I can't afford the file being returned
