Hello All.

Ecase shows that my pr card renewal status is still "In Process", but when I click in, it shows the following message:

We received your application for a permanent resident card on December XX, 2014.

We started processing your application on March XX, 2015.

Your request for a permanent resident card was approved on March XX, 2015. Your Permanent resident card will be mailed to you or if quality assurance is required, made available for you to pick up at a CIC office.

Does this indicate it has been approved and the new card has been issued? If it does, why the status is still in process....??

Also, how long will it take for me to receive the new card?

1-2 weeks if no additional documents required. If quality assurance required then it will take longer depending on the local office. Quality assurance is random, I believe 5-10% of applications go thru it.

Thanks CanV.

So, does this mean my application has been approved? Because the status still indicates its "In Process", but inside it says approved a few days ago.

Hi Huxiangn,

Do you have received your PR Card?

Same issue with me. The status is in process, but, inside it shows that it has been approved.

Thanks!
