It may or may not. What is most important is showing you can afford to study in Canada by paying first year tuition or showing you have the funds in your bank account plus living expenses.
Do you think 20,000 Canadian dollars is enough to show as a proof of funds?

If you have paid first year tuition then maybe. Approval is more than just funds.
I didn't paid my first year tuition, i just show 20k bank statement with other supporting documents so that means i ain't get visa cause that I didn't pay first year tuition?

No but you need you can afford living expenses and tuition. How much is tuition. And how will you survive if you don’t have the funds.
