Would suggest looking at how easy/difficult it will be to get an RN license in Canada. Whether more schooling or exams will be needed. Nurses are in demand but at the same time it can be difficult to find a full-time job with benefits. Many of the employers try to save money by offering contract work or hiring 2 part-time employees. PNP programs may your best option.

you need to go through all the different provinces. What is your CRS score? They are accepting above 470 these days for FSW.

My score is only 426.....I know the requirement of the score is getting higher....

If I want to move to Ontario, I’ve to take the NCLEX-RN to get the registration of the college?

Current FSW is above 470. You will need to contact the Licensing body for Ontario nurses to see what other requirements are necessary based on your country of origin and international nursing program. Would look at the various PNP program for nurses. Not sure if you’ll be accepted in Ontario but assume there will be some province or territories accepting nurses. It is usually a longer process than FSW.
